Step 1: Report an Item

Click on the icon with your initials at the top right and then on the "My Account" button. Select the affected purchase. Here you will find the option "Report an Item".

 

Step 2: Select Product

Now you can easily select the product you want to complain about. Next, simply confirm with the "Complain about product" button.

 


Step 3: Done!

That's it! The purchase price will be credited to your customer account in the form of credits. Simply redeem the credits on your next purchase!
