- 3 pcs Oranges
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 250 g Cream Cheese
- 70 ml Orange Juice
- 50 ml Aperol
- 100 g Honey
Method
- 1Halve the oranges, squeeze out the juice, and then hollow them out. Mix mascarpone, cream cheese, Aperol, orange juice, and honey with a blender until smooth.
- 2Fill the hollowed-out oranges with the cream and freeze for 6 hours.
