  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Cream Cheese
  • 70 ml Orange Juice
  • 50 ml Aperol
  • 100 g Honey

Method

    Halve the oranges, squeeze out the juice, and then hollow them out. Mix mascarpone, cream cheese, Aperol, orange juice, and honey with a blender until smooth.

    Fill the hollowed-out oranges with the cream and freeze for 6 hours.
