Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200°C. For the syrup, boil water and sugar. Stir in the coffee powder and milk.

Now cut out circles from the puff pastry. With a smaller cutter, cut out another circle, so you can place the resulting ring on the smaller circles.

Brush the puff pastry with the syrup and bake the shapes at 200°C for 15min.
