Ingredients
- 600 g puff pastry
- 5 pcs Mascarpone
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pc instant espresso
- 1 pc whole milk 3.5% fat
- 1 pc powdered sugar
- 1 pc vanilla extract
Method
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C. For the syrup, boil water and sugar. Stir in the coffee powder and milk.
- 2Now, cut out circles from the puff pastry. Using a smaller cutter, cut out another circle, so you can place the resulting ring on the smaller circles.
- 3Brush the puff pastry with the syrup and bake the shapes at 200°C for 15 min.
- 4For the filling, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Once the puff pastry has cooled, spoon the filling into the shapes.
- 5You can sprinkle the finished tartlets with cocoa powder for even more flavor.
