Ingredients

  • 600 g puff pastry
  • 5 pcs Mascarpone
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 pc instant espresso
  • 1 pc whole milk 3.5% fat
  • 1 pc powdered sugar
  • 1 pc vanilla extract

Method

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. For the syrup, boil water and sugar. Stir in the coffee powder and milk.

    Now, cut out circles from the puff pastry. Using a smaller cutter, cut out another circle, so you can place the resulting ring on the smaller circles.

    Brush the puff pastry with the syrup and bake the shapes at 200°C for 15 min.

    For the filling, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Once the puff pastry has cooled, spoon the filling into the shapes.

    You can sprinkle the finished tartlets with cocoa powder for even more flavor.
