Preparation to the pot:
Bring a little salted water to the boil, add the Iglo Colourful Vegetable Trio unthawed and continue to boil for approx. 3 minutes after the water has bubbled up again.
In the steamer:
Place the Iglo Colourful Vegetable Trio, unthawed, in a perforated container and steam at 100°C for approx. 5 minutes.
In the microwave:
Place the colourful vegetable trio, unthawed, with 3 tablespoons of water in a microwave-safe dish and cook covered at 600 watts for approx. 10 minutes. Stir well halfway through the preparation time and at the end of the cooking time.
