How is it applied?
What is Lioton Gel and what is it used for?
Lioton Gel contains heparin sodium salt as an active ingredient in high concentration. Heparin has a local, anticoagulant (antithrombotic) effect. It improves blood circulation in the treated area and eliminates swelling. This results in rapid pain relief. It penetrates quickly into the skin and sustainably supports the healing process in the affected tissue.
Lioton Gel can be used for supportive treatment in acute swelling conditions, after blunt injuries such as bruises or sports injuries, as well as for superficial phlebitis, provided these cannot be treated by compression.
