Diffuser / Aroma lamp: Add 3–5 drops to water. Use a lower dose for small rooms, sensitive people or children's rooms.

Scent stone: Place 1–2 drops on a scent stone — practical for the desk, bathroom or hallway.

Body care / Massage: Only use essential oils diluted: usually 1–2 drops per 10 ml of base oil. Apply care products thinly as required.
