Elimax® Anti-Lice Shampoo:
Elimax® Shampoo is a transparent liquid made from a specially developed oil and a lice protection factor (LPF®). The polymer oil has been specially selected to achieve maximum efficacy against head lice.
The mixture has a double action:
1. It blocks the breathing openings of lice and nits, causing them to suffocate.
2. It dehydrates lice and causes the insect's skin to shrink.
Elimax® Shampoo contains no neurotoxic insecticides, so there is no risk of developing resistance. Elimax® Shampoo contains no silicones (dimethicone), so it leaves no greasy residue in the hair. For maximum protection against re-infestation,
Elimax® Shampoo contains LPF®. This factor makes the hair unattractive to lice. Hair treated and washed with Elimax® Shampoo is less likely to be infested by new lice.
How does Elimax® Shampoo protect hair from re-infestation?
LPF® is a blend of a polymer (acrylate) and oil-soluble substances that makes the surface of the hair less attractive for lice to crawl on. Studies have shown that lice are less likely to stay on hair and fabrics treated with Elimax® Shampoo.
Elimax® Lice Defence Shampoo:
For the prevention of head lice infestation.
Elimax® Anti-Lice Defence Shampoo protects against (re-)infestation with head lice for up to 3 days by making the hair unattractive to new lice. This shampoo gently cleanses, moisturises and nourishes the hair.
How to use
Elimax® Shampoo:
Apply the shampoo to dry hair, leave on for 10 to 15 minutes and during this time comb the hair thoroughly with the enclosed nit comb. Then add water and lather the hair. Rinse the foam out completely. Done. The hair does not need to be washed again with a normal shampoo.
Recommendation: Be sure to use Elimax® Shampoo again after 7 days!
Elimax® Lice Defence Shampoo:
Apply the shampoo to the hair like a conventional shampoo.
Work well into the hair and massage into the scalp.
Rinse well.
For optimal protection against lice, we recommend using Elimax Preventive Shampoo every three days.
