The Pumpkin Organics organic pouch combines carrot, sweet potato, mango and parsnip – with 75% vegetables and 25% fruit. Suitable from 6 months, with no added sugar (contains naturally occurring sugars).

The vegetable-focused recipe is lower in fructose than many comparable fruit pouches. Mango adds a mild tropical note, while carrot, sweet potato and parsnip provide a balanced portion of vegetables. The thicker texture works well as an on-the-go snack.

Use

For introducing complementary foods or as a snack straight from the pouch. Practical for when you’re out and about, e.g. at the playground or while traveling.
