Application
Recommended Dosage:
- For children aged 0 and above, 1-2 sprays per nostril, 2 to 3 times daily are recommended.
- For all age groups aged 6 and above, the recommended dosage is 1-3 sprays per nostril, 2 to 4 times daily.
Adults & Children:
- Remove the protective cap and place the spray head onto the bottle.
- Lean over a sink and gently tilt your head to the side.
- Carefully insert the tip of the spray head into the upper nostril.
- Press the spray head all the way down to release a sufficient amount of solution.
- Repeat the process on the other side.
- Blow your nose.
- Rinse the spray head with warm water after each use. Do not share the spray with other people, as infections can be transmitted.
Babies & Toddlers:
- Remove the protective cap and place the spray head onto the bottle.
- Lay the baby on their back, gently tilt their head to the side, and hold it in this position.
- Carefully insert the tip of the spray head into the upper nostril.
- Press the spray head all the way down to release a sufficient amount of solution.
- Repeat the process on the other side.
- Return the baby to an upright position, allow the solution to drain, and wipe the nose.
- Rinse the spray head with warm water after each use. Do not share the spray with other people, as infections can be transmitted.
