Application
- Only open the airtight packaging of the heat wrap immediately before use.
- Do not cut the heat wrap.
- Remove the protective film from the heat patch to expose the adhesive surface.
- Place the adhesive side on the skin over the painful area. In the "Instructions for Use" section, you will find information on where ThermaCare® should not be used.
- It can take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare® to reach its therapeutic temperature.
- Remove the product after 8 hours.
