Application
Apply 2 pea-sized dabs of the soothing eye cream to the tip of your ring finger and then dab it onto your eyelids. Spread the cream on the upper eyelid with your index finger, and on the lower eyelid with your middle finger, each time from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
