Ginjo Yuzushu is made from Ginjo sake, which belongs to the premium categories of rice wines. The rice grains of Ginjo sake have a polishing ratio of 60%. The second ingredient of Ginjo Yuzushu is the Chinese citrus fruit Yuzu. The Yuzu fruit bears a strong resemblance to a lemon. Its taste is somewhat sour, slightly bitter, and juicy, but it is more complex and intense than a lemon.

• Rice variety: Yamadanishiki sake rice from Hyogo
• Alcohol content: 10 %
• Polishing ratio: 60%

Serve chilled in a wine or sake glass.

Tasting Notes: Nose - Smooth and fruity, with refreshing grapefruit aromas. Palate - Intense citrus aromas and a sweetness perfectly balanced by the zestiness of the Yuzu. The finish is invigorating and aromatic.
