Charcoal develops high initial heat and loses its heating power relatively quickly - ideal for vegetables, fish, and sausages, which are best cooked at medium temperatures.
USAGE AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: Cover the grill base evenly with barbecue charcoal. Slowly add more barbecue charcoal 2 to 3 minutes after lighting. Only start grilling when the barbecue charcoal is covered with a layer of white ash. Grilling in enclosed spaces requires a smoke extraction system. Keep children at a safe distance from the grill. CAUTION! Do not use highly flammable liquids, e.g., spirits, benzene, for lighting or re-lighting! Only use firelighters conforming to the European Standard for Firelighters (EN 1860-3). CAUTION: Risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Do not burn or let barbecue charcoal glow in enclosed spaces, only outdoors. For safe lighting, use grill lighters!
