About Gurkenprinz
The Gurkenprinz spent many years searching for paradise. He dreamed of a land where the sun warms the soil vigorously and awakens the joy of life in people. Where the rain provides lush greenery so that the fruits enjoy the very best nursery. When his path finally led him to Burgenland, he knew immediately: He had reached his destination. The sun and clouds nodded and conjured up a rainbow.
Then the Gurkenprinz went to work. The pepperonis peeked curiously out of their leafy house in the ground, with the red, hot ones giggling particularly cheekily. The Gurkenprinz carefully picked them, as well as the small gherkins, which grew so quickly in competition with each other. He filled the treasures into jars and sealed them with pretty lids. Beforehand, the Gurkenprinz added natural ingredients, plucked from the herb garden himself and carefully marinated, to give the taste of the exquisite fruits their unmistakable note.
The Gurkenprinz proudly looked at the jars with the finely sour or fiery hot delicacies. Each one a greeting from paradise.
