Application

Take one level spoonful 2 – 3 times a day with meals, stirred into a glass (at least 100 ml) of water.

The duration of intake should be at least 12 weeks or as long as the recurring physical stress is present.
  • Take at a different time, 2 hours apart from taking medication. 
  • Doctors recommend starting with half the dose in the first week. 
  • Reduce the dose in case of constipation, increase fluid intake and take linseed.
