The production of raw ham is our long-learned craft. We attach great importance to excellent animal husbandry and use only thebest quality meat. We use only natural ingredients and preserve our products without additives. Matured without bones, pleasantly mild in taste.

Sliced thin and served with horseradish and farmhouse bread, the Vulcano raw ham is an incomparable pleasure. Thanks to the practical packaging, it is also ideally suited for a cosy picnic or a light companion on an excursion or hike.

The bond with our home, Auersbach in the Styrian Vulkanland, gives us the strength to break new ground and set new standards. We run a family business where the vision of unadulterated, genuine and soulful products is lived. Our goal is to create a new awareness for more animal welfare and quality.

Vulcano stands for sensible agriculture in harmony with nature. We have consciously moved away from mass back to class. The menu includes a balanced feed mix from the farm's own cultivation and the best European soya.

We have also thought of everything our animals need to be happy. It is also particularly important for us to treat the animals with respect! With meat and soul: Vulcano is as concerned about animal welfare as it is about taste.
