Tender smoked and air-dried pork neck without rind, in one piece. 

A lean back piece with fine marbling, which gets its full-bodied flavour from its fat edge and with a hearty layer of fat, without rind. Subtly seasoned and gently smoked, it is particularly mild, balanced and buttery tender.

Cut into fine strips, rounded off with mustard and horseradish, it makes a great snack.
