Wow-Brows in 4 easy steps:
- Step 1: Cleanse eyebrows thoroughly.
- Step 2: Mix color cream and developer lotion according to the instructions for use. Apply the mixture to the eyebrows with the application brush.
- Step 3: Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
- Step 4: Remove the eyebrow tint with warm water and a cotton pad - perfectly colored & defined eyebrows are ready!
