About Simón Coll
As early as 1840, the Spanish chocolatier Simón Coll purchased cocoa beans directly. Even today, the company works from bean to bar, roasting and conching itself. The chocolate bars, nibs and chocolate umbrellas from Catalonia are smooth and full-bodied. The playful packaging as chocolate sticks and chocolate sardines are original gifts.
