About Terre dei Trulli
There is no more Apulian place in this region near Bari. Alberobello has the most Trulli and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Terre dei Trulli, a company of the Casulli family, has been dedicated to the production of typical Apulian specialties there since 2007, first and foremost Taralli. The modest, yet delicious Taralli are indispensable here. They are small dough rings made from flour, water, white wine and extra virgin olive oil. They are shaped, cooked in boiling water until they rise and then baked. Their crispiness is incomparable, they splinter aromatically in the mouth. Terre dei Trulli uses only Italian ingredients, no animal fats and preservatives.
