For the cherry juice, the fully ripe sweet cherries are hand-picked and pressed in the summer.

The fruits are washed, pressed and perfected through several technological processes (e.g. filtered, homogenized, etc.). Finally, the finished juice is filled into the bottle by hot filling (pasteurization).
The juices do not contain any additives, only the auxiliary substances citric acid & ascorbic acid are added to stabilize color and shelf life.
