Aluderm is an exceptionally soft and supple dressing material: aluminum-vapor-coated wound dressing made of polyester fleece, very absorbent (absorbency 1,400 g/m2) and water-repellent PP top layer.
Aluderm has many good properties: Aluderm does not stick to the wound, does not fray, is highly absorbent, breathable, hypoallergenic, can help with skin formation and healing, physiologically harmless, without optical brighteners and free of chemical binders.
