Of course, this bitter wine, which is characterized by sun-ripened clementines, is also based on wines from Franz Weninger.
With Neuburger and Pinot Blanc already on the somewhat more floral side, Tristan and Daniel add acacia blossoms, olive and birch leaves to the steel tank in addition to clementines and cedro.

This creates a fruity, fresh and tart summer blend that tastes like a mild summer evening on the Amalfi Coast when poured pure on ice, with tonic or sparkling wine, and exudes such a captivating herbal citrus scent that you would like to use the bitter as an eau de cologne.
