BIO Grapefruit

The grapefruit is probably the result of a spontaneous cross between an orange and a pomelo. Its taste is sweet and sour and a little bitter, which is not to everyone's taste. However, the citrus fruit has a high vitamin C content and various minerals. It can be used squeezed as juice, in fruit salads, but also in savory dishes with poultry, fish and seafood.
