A little over 7 years ago, we started supplying hotels such as the Imperial on Kärntner Ring or the Sofitel on Schwedenplatz with fresh fruit juices made from sun-ripened, healthy fruits.
And because we care not only about quality and freshness but also about hygiene standards, the shelf life of our products and our environment, we opted for modern technologies (high pressure processing) and sustainability at a very early stage.
Our freshly squeezed fruit juices are 100% filled into recycled PET bottles. This is very good, because plastic is not waste, but a valuable resource.
The bottles are then subjected to 6,000 bar of pressure in a special chamber. This bursts microorganisms such as germs and bacteria that have no place in fruit juice. This means that our freshly squeezed juice has a much longer shelf life, and important minerals, vitamins and nutrients are also preserved.
