There are no stabilizers in Pedacola syrup. As a result, the fine spice ingredients, vanilla in combination with lemon and lime juice, combine and "cloud formation" can occur. Shake the bottle and the syrup will become homogeneous again. It is deliberately not finely filtered in order to preserve these ingredients!
