Our Mini —Dumpling triplets consist of 100% of our own ice cream, two of which have a fruit puree core. Each dumpling is handmade and unique in taste, making it a one-of-a-kind for every occasion. The three are characterized by quality and surprising taste, making them something special for every occasion.
Marianne is the most famous of all with her number one breading made of breadcrumbs and grated hazelnuts. Her classic vanilla flavor and her apricot core make her a favorite in everyone's mouth.

For special culinary delights, our traditionally run family business produces handmade mini ice dumplings in different variations. Our company attaches great importance to quality, regionality and transparency. Therefore, the ingredients for our ice dumplings come exclusively from farmers in the surrounding area.
Our unmistakable mini ice dumplings consist - apart from the fruit puree core - of 100% of our ice cream and are lovingly handmade. With these delicacies, Der Eismacher wants to spoil its customers with culinary delights at any time of the year and for any occasion.
