They are small, they are fluffy and simply heavenly delicious: the Vantastic Pancakes from Vantastic foods! Whether you enjoy them for a leisurely Sunday breakfast, as a dessert or as a delicious snack in between – they simply always taste good. With the ready-mix and some plant-based drink, you can prepare and enjoy the popular American-style pancakes in a vegan version, quickly and easily. Whether you prefer to use an oat or soy drink is entirely up to you – both versions taste wonderful! The plant-based ingredients for our pancake mix come from controlled organic farming.

Simply mix the ready-mix with 270ml of the plant-based drink of your choice and bake the pancakes in a greased pan. For one of the mini pancakes, you will need about 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter. You can combine the finished, golden brown pancakes with various ingredients according to your taste and appetite. How about the classic with maple syrup or alternatively agave syrup? Fresh fruits and berries also taste excellent with the Vantastic Pancakes and look great on the plate and as a topping. Also try the plant-based pancakes with apples and cinnamon or with a vegan alternative to whipped cream. There are numerous ways to enjoy the Vantastic Pancakes – one more delicious than the other!
