History
Grapes have a very long history. Around 130 million years ago, there was an early form of wild grapevine. Its distribution area extended as far as Greenland. The Caucasus and Central Asia are considered to be the areas of origin of the grapevine. Forms of grapes developed in these areas that can be classified as the ancestors of today's table grapes. Grapes were already being cultivated in ancient Egypt around 5,000 years ago. At that time, they were mainly used for wine production.

My love of grapes is what sets me apart as a winegrower. My family has been running a viticulture and arable farming business for several generations.
The heart of viticulture is the table grape plants of the Pölöskei Muskat variety.
The climate in the Retzer Land, in the Weinviertel, is perfect for this large, crisp grape with a fine muscat aroma. I attach great importance to sustainable and resource-saving work in the care of the vines. Harvesting at full maturity and rapid delivery are important to me in order to guarantee freshness and taste.
