Rheintaler Bauernsenf captivates with its balance in the interplay of the spiciness of the selected mustard seeds, the acidity of the apple cider and the white wine, as well as the sweetness of the sugar. Only special mustard seeds are used to make this mustard: They come from the Weinviertel and from Apulia, where we have recultivated old mustard varieties in cooperation with the University of Vienna.
