Isozid-H is used for the disinfection of the skin before injections, vaccinations, incisions, punctures and operations.
Application
1. What is Isozid-H colourless and what is it used for?
Isozid-H colourless is used for the disinfection of the skin before injections, vaccinations, incisions,
punctures and operations, unless Isozid-H coloured is preferred for marking purposes.
The range of action of Isozid-H extends to the most important pathogens. Its germicidal effect covers most bacteria, and the solution also has fungicidal and virucidal properties.
The alcohol content guarantees a rapid onset of action and allows effective cleaning, degreasing and disinfection of healthy, intact skin.
Hexetidine supports the bactericidal and fungicidal effect of the alcohols and gives the preparation a lasting effect, which means that the wound area remains germ-free even during operations.
