The recommended dose is:

Adults:
15 drops 2-3 times a day
At the beginning of a slimming cure, 5 drops are taken every hour.

For oral use.
The counted drops should be diluted in a glass with a little water and taken before meals.

RIXX should be taken over a longer period of time in conjunction with a balanced and calorie-reduced diet. Exercise in the fresh air also supports the effort to lose weight. You should try to lose weight gradually and continuously: approx. 2 kg per month is ideal.
