For inflammation and irritation of the eyes as well as for overexertion and tension (watching television, reading). For watery eyes, a gritty feeling, sensitivity to light and inflammation of the eyelid margin.

What are Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses and what are they used for?
Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses are a homeopathic combination drug that is composed of various individual homeopathic remedies whose drug profiles complement each other.
Homeopathy is understood as a regulatory therapy for acute and chronic diseases. The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic drug profiles.
The following areas of application are approved for this drug:
For the relief of symptoms caused by an impairment of the tear film ("dryness") in the eye, such as:
- Reddened eyelids
- Itching or burning of the conjunctiva
- Foreign body sensation or gritty feeling in the eye
- Tearing of the eyes after dryness
- Sensitivity to light
The use of this homeopathic drug in the aforementioned areas of application is based exclusively on homeopathic experience.
In severe forms of these diseases, a clinically proven therapy is indicated.
If you do not feel better immediately in the case of acute symptoms, or after 3 days in the case of chronic symptoms, or if you feel worse, consult your doctor.

What should you consider before using Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses?
Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses must not be used,
- if you are allergic to Atropa bella-donna, Euphrasia, Hydrargyrum bichloratum or any of the other ingredients of this drug listed in section 6.
Warnings and precautions
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses.
Caution should be exercised when using Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses in patients with impaired renal function. Prolonged use should be avoided.
In the case of pre-existing eye diseases such as lens opacities (cataracts) or glaucoma, Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses should only be used on the recommendation of a doctor.
Wearing contact lenses is not advisable in the case of eye infections. However, if you
are dependent on contact lenses, remove them before instilling the drops and do not reinsert the lenses until at least 15 minutes after treatment. It is also advisable to use the drops after removing the lenses, in the evening before going to bed and in the morning upon waking, at least 15 minutes before inserting the lenses. Please note that an inflamed eye is more sensitive to lenses.
If new symptoms occur, such as blurred vision or other visual disturbances, eye pain, purulent inflammation, swelling of the conjunctiva or eyelids, fever, impaired general well-being, dizziness or severe headaches, a doctor should be consulted immediately.
When using homeopathic drugs, so-called initial reactions may occur. Such reactions generally subside rapidly on their own.
For fundamental reasons, prolonged treatment with a homeopathic drug should be monitored by a doctor experienced in homeopathy.
Children under 6 years of age
The use of Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses in children under 6 years of age is not recommended as there is insufficient data.
Use of Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses together with other drugs

How should the drug be taken?

Always use this drug exactly as described in this package leaflet or exactly as agreed with your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The recommended dose is:
Adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age:
In case of discomfort, one to several times a day, maximum 6 times 1-2 drops per eye
Use in children under 6 years of age
As there is insufficient data, use in children under 6 years of age cannot be recommended.

Instructions for use:
With thoroughly cleaned hands, detach one of the dropper containers and open it by twisting off the ball tip. Hold the container with the tip pointing downwards over the respective eye and let one to two drops fall into the eye.
Gently pulling down the lower eyelid and supporting the dripping hand on the forehead can make this easier. Any remaining drops in the eye dropper container should be discarded; a new container must be opened immediately before each use.
Use opened eye dropper containers immediately and discard after use (not storable, as they do not contain preservatives).
If you do not feel better immediately in the case of acute symptoms, or after 3 days in the case of chronic symptoms, or if you feel worse, consult your doctor.
If you have used a larger amount of Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses than you should
No cases of overdose are known.
If you forget to use Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses
Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten application.

How are Dry Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" Monodoses to be stored?
No special storage conditions are required for this drug with regard to temperature.
It is recommended not to store homeopathic drugs near electromagnetic fields (such as televisions, computer screens, microwave ovens).
Keep this drug out of the reach of children.
Do not use the drug after the expiry date stated on the label and carton.
Do not dispose of drugs in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of the drug when you stop using it. You will help to protect the environment.

303.33 mg Atropa bella-donna D6, 303.33 mg Euphrasia 3c D6, 303.33 mg Hydrargyrum bichloratum D6.
1 single dose (0.4 ml) contains 121.33 mg Atropa bella-donna D 6, 121.33 mg Euphrasia 3c D6, 121.33 mg Hydrargyrum bichloratum D6.
- The other ingredients are:
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium monohydrogen phosphate anhydrous, highly purified water, ethanol (< 0.1% as a component of the active ingredients)
