Description
Campanini Roma Rice 1 kg
The typically large, round grain releases a lot of starch when cooked and is therefore ideal for a wonderfully creamy and soft risotto (Mantecato). Particularly recommended for the preparation of Arancini di Riso, the fried stuffed rice balls from Sicily.

Good rice from tradition for three generations
For three generations, Riseria Campanini has been carefully selecting the best rice varieties from the traditional rice-growing areas of Northern Italy; in particular the regions of Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia. Riseria Campanini has its own storage method, which sets it apart from other operators in the sector.
The paddy rice is stored in a system of small silos, so that the rice produced in each individual farm can be processed separately from all other batches. In this way, homogeneous cooking of the final product and traceability can be guaranteed.
The processing of the rice follows the ancient tradition, without chemical treatment, but under the most modern controls and in full compliance with HACCP regulations for food production. This guarantees a natural, safe product that retains all its organoleptic properties. The quality of Riseria Campanini's products is maintained daily by our customers and regularly certified by national and international inspection bodies. Riseria Campanini is IFS, BIO (Organic) and KOSHER certified.
