Application
Stir 1 measuring spoon (enclosed in the pack) of OptiFibre® into approx. 200ml of warm or cold liquid (e.g. tea, juice, water, soups) or into soft foods (e.g. yoghurt, sauces, fruit puree).
"Good things take time": Experience has shown that regular use of OptiFibre® for at least 2 to 3 weeks is recommended.
