Doesn't come close to the taste of "real" spirits? Oh yes, it does! We actually use "real" spirits as a base. We simply remove the alcohol. How do we do that?
We're not telling... Just kidding! The procedure is called rectification – the alcohol is separated from the distillate and then ionized, leaving the unmistakable essence. Google it!
