Dr. Böhm Alkaline tablets plus

For a balanced acid-base household Alkaline mineral salts of magnesium, potassium and calcium. Plus zinc for acid-base balance as well as selenium, OPC and bioflavonoids. No powder, but tasteless ideal in tablet form. The average human blood pH value is 7.35 and thus in the slightly alkaline range. To maintain this healthy value, the body has a natural balancing system. However, this buffer system" can be burdened if too much acid-forming meat, fat and sugar is consumed in the diet and too little alkaline-forming substances such as fresh fruit and vegetables. Dr. Böhm® Alkaline Tablets plus were developed to counteract the general over-acidification in the body and to contribute to a normal acid-base metabolism. The tablets provide the body with important alkaline substances, especially during weight loss diets and detoxification. Most of the tablets only disintegrate in the intestine, so the valuable alkaline ingredients - unlike conventional alkaline powders - remain undamaged by stomach acid and can be optimally absorbed. Recommendation: Drink a large glass of natural water with the tablets - this supports their positive effect."

Application

Take 1 to 2 tablets per day, unchewed, with plenty of liquid, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
