Despite its high dosage of 250 milligrams of simeticon per single dose, Lefax® intens is very well tolerated because it acts purely physically and is not absorbed by the body: The active ingredient simeticon dissolves the gas bubbles that form during digestion and cause the unpleasant discomfort. The gases released in this way can now escape naturally. Lefax® intens can also be used over a longer period of time if necessary. Application

How is Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh micro granules taken?You are always well equipped with Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh. It is taken without any liquid at all. Place the micro-granules directly in the mouth on the tongue. The granules dissolve quickly in saliva and can then be swallowed. After swallowing, you can drink some more water. Take Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh with or after meals, if necessary also before going to bed.
