Application
According to the latest research results, stinging nettle is used to alleviate mild joint complaints with good success. Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then squeeze the filter bag well and drink the tea lukewarm, in sips. The tea can be sweetened to taste. DOSAGE: For adults and adolescents from 12 years: 3-4 times daily 1 cup of tea. The tea should be drunk over a period of 4 weeks.
