The active ingredients from Iceland moss, which are concentrated in Isla Pastilles, dissolve when sucked and lie like a protective layer over the mucous membranes in the throat and pharynx. This protects them from further attacks and allows them to recover more quickly. Isla pastilles soothe an irritated cough and hoarseness, care for and protect the mucous membranes in the throat and pharynx and have a preventive effect in the case of heavy strain on the vocal cords. Isla is available in four different flavours!
