Magnesium contributes to the normal function of muscles, nerves and energy metabolism. Also important for every athlete: magnesium supports the electrolyte balance and can help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Potassium - supports sport Potassium metabolism is closely related to that of magnesium. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure. But potassium is also important for the healthy functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C - protection against oxidative stress Free radicals are aggressive oxygen compounds that are increasingly formed in the body during exertion, e.g. during sports. Application
