Description
Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then squeeze the filter bag and drink 1 cup of tea lukewarm, sipped several times a day. Note: Due to the degree of crushing of the ingredients, a sediment in your cup is natural. TIP: The harmonising herbal mixture in Dr. Kotta's aniseed and fennel tea brings our digestive system back into balance. Do not use the tea in case of cross-allergy to umbelliferous plants!
