Application

Dosage of the tablet:
Take 1 tablet once a day, unchewed, with some liquid after a meal. We recommend the application over a period of at least 3 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Application of the serum:
Apply in the morning and evening to cleansed face, neck and décolleté. Can be used in addition to other cosmetic products. Apply before your usual skincare routine. Apply externally only. Avoid contact with eyes.
