Dr. Boehm Ginseng plus Tablets

The tablets contain the standardised extract from the dried roots of white ginseng. The scientific name of the white ginseng is Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer, after the botanist Carl Anton Meyer. This particular ginseng is far superior to other varieties in terms of quality. It thrives best in northern China and needs time to develop. After all, it takes 6 years from breeding to harvesting!

According to legend, the Chinese ruler and founder of herbal medicine Shen Nung discovered the miraculous ginseng root. In ancient China, ginseng was considered the crowning glory of health and was therefore reserved for emperors for a long time.

-Ginseng of the best quality from the 6-year-old white ginseng root provides physical and mental freshness. The natural source of strength increases drive, performance and vitality.
-Magnesium is important for energy metabolism and contributes to healthy muscles and nerves.
-Vitamin D is important for the immune defence and bone metabolism. The body's ability to produce vitamin D itself decreases with age.
-Vitamin E from plants helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
-Pure caffeine (caffeinum purum) contains no roasting substances and is therefore particularly gentle on the stomach.
-Taurine is closely related to amino acids and is a component of human metabolism.

Application

Dosage and administration Dr. Böhm® Ginseng plus tablets:
Take 1 tablet a day, unchewed, with some liquid in the morning or at noon, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
