The active principle of BepanGel® Wound Gel
BepanGel® Wound Gel creates an optimal environment for wound healing by optimising the pH and moisture of the wound.
The wound gel not only prevents the wound from drying out by releasing moisture, but can also absorb moisture due to its ingredients. This allows cells to move more freely in the moist wound, the wound remains more mobile overall and the risk of scarring is lower.

Application
How do I apply BepanGel® Wound Gel?- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after every wound treatment.
- Clean and disinfect the wound first .
- Then apply a thin layer of BepanGel® Wound Gel on the area to be treated.
If necessary, apply a bandage or plaster. Repeat the application if necessary and use a new dressing or plaster each time.
