Brewing an excellent Bavarian Helles is the true art of brewing and a real challenge for the brewmasters, because even the smallest imperfection would be immediately exposed by the experienced beer lover.
In the north of Bavaria is the world record region of Upper Franconia. With the highest density of breweries in the world, the region is affectionately known as "Bierfranken" or "Genussregion". This region is the home of the Bayreuth Brewery and the place where they create their delicious and typical Bavarian beers.
