Description
Cola smells rise from the chilled glass and also distinct citrus fruit scents that can't decide between orange and lemon. The slight sweetness at the beginning gives way to an increasingly tart nature. Now it's the hour of the spices or the cola nut, the delicately tart liquorice flavour is accompanied by cool citrus notes. Fruitiness - most likely cherry - and again spices (the cardamom) are also noticeable.
Le Baladin Pub opens in Piozzo (Cuneo). It will give the brewery its name once it becomes a brewery. 1996 - Le Baladin becomes a brewery where beer is produced and sold directly.
