Our Limonello is made exclusively from lemons from the plants that grow on the property surrounding our company in the warm Mediterranean sun, surrounded by the Sardinian Mediterranean scrub and caressed by the central wind and breeze of the Mediterranean. Lemons rich in essential oils. My grandfather, 91 years old, takes care of them, like watering, checking the health of the plant, the ripeness of the fruits, without using any chemicals.
