This classic has been produced for around 200 years from the two French white wines Piquepol de Pinto and Clairette de Languedoc and is the only vermouth in the world to be stored in Canadian oak barrels. Only then is it blended with a mixture of 20 aromatic herbs and spices. The final product convinces with a fine, noble aroma with discreet acidity and a hint of coriander in the finish.
